The countless decisions. The responsibilities. The unexpected things that needed your attention. The people you've cared for, the work you've done, the changes you've navigated.
And perhaps, somewhere amongst all of that, you haven't had much time to stop and take in the year you've actually lived.
The things you're proud of.
The moments that brought joy.
The difficult patches you found your way through.
The things that changed you.
The losses and disappointments that deserve to be acknowledged.
The lessons you don't want to lose simply because life keeps moving.
As the year winds down, life doesn't always wind down with it.
For many women, these final weeks ask us to give more. More thought, more organising, more care, more presence, at precisely the time our own reserves may be running low.
Deadlines need meeting. Christmas is appearing on the horizon. Calendars are filling and and before we know it, we're sliding into the end of the year on two wheels, telling ourselves we'll stop when everything is done.
But everything is rarely done.

End the year well is a chance to give some of that care back to yourself.
What if you gave yourself a little space before the rush?

Who is End The Year Well for?
End The Year Well is for women who would value some space to pause at the end of a full year to reflect, reconnect with themselves and gather what they want to carry forward.
You don’t need to be going through a major change or have anything figured out. You may simply be tired, thoughtful, at a crossroads, or aware that you don’t want another year to disappear into the next without taking time to honour what it has held.
Across our three gatherings, I’ll gently guide you through reflection, conversation and restorative practices to help you slow down, listen inwardly and take in the year you’ve lived.
Together, we’ll acknowledge what has mattered, what has been difficult, what you’ve learned, and what you may want to carry forward or leave behind.
This isn’t about setting bigger goals or creating another list of things to achieve.
No. You are always in charge of what you choose to share.
There will be opportunities for conversation and connection, but you are equally welcome to listen, reflect privately and participate in the ways that feel right for you.
I’ve created End The Year Well with exactly that reality in mind.
This isn’t homework, another commitment to perform well at, or something you need to prepare for. It's a protected time to step away from the demands for a while and have some of the care and attention you give to everyone else returned to you.
You are very welcome.
End The Year Well doesn’t ask us to pretend the year was wonderful, nor does it dwell only on what was hard. There is room for the whole year — the joy and achievement, the disappointment and loss, the unexpected turns, the ordinary moments and the things that changed us.
You choose what you wish to reflect on and share.
No. There may be things you recognise that you want to carry into the year ahead, but we won’t be rushing to turn your reflections into resolutions, goals or action plans.
Sometimes we need to understand and honour where we have been before deciding where we are going next
Life happens, particularly at this time of year. Where possible, I encourage you to protect the three dates in your diary. Part of the value of End The Year Well comes from giving yourself permission to actually make this time for yourself. An audio recording will be available if you miss a session.
Not at all.
You don’t need experience with meditation, journalling, personal development or group programs. I’ll guide you gently through each gathering.
Bring yourself, something to write with, perhaps a cup of tea — and a willingness to give yourself a little space at the end of the year.
